1. Customized T-Shirts

No refunds or returns on customized or personalized T-shirts.
These items are made specifically according to your selected design, size, or request.

2. Plain T-Shirts

Plain (non-customized) T-shirts are eligible for returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unworn

• Must be returned within 3 days of delivery

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the issue

• We will replace the item or issue a refund after verification

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
